A withdrawal has several intervals: submission, review, release and receipt. A published processing time may describe only one of them. Record the time zone, method, amount, currency and verification state before comparing cases. Business days and calendar days are not interchangeable.
For a hypothetical request at 09:00, release at 11:00 and receipt at 15:00, processing took two hours while the complete journey took six. Neither figure describes this operator’s usual performance without a representative sample. Keep failed and delayed cases in the sample, and distinguish published estimates from measured transactions.
